How does the interest-free financing from Cofidis Pay work?

  • Payment in interest-free installments is made in a protocol with Cofidis Pay.

  • There is no charge for the customer.

  • It is necessary to present the Citizen Card and a Debit or Credit Card in the name of the holder.

  • The purchase amount is divided between 3 and 12 times.

  • The minimum purchase amount is €60 and the maximum €1000.

   How to buy with financing?

  1. Add the products to the cart and complete the purchase.

  2. In the SHIPPING METHOD tab, write INTEREST-FREE FINANCING in the remarks field.

  3. Complete your purchase using any payment method.

  4. You will then receive an email with the information to complete the process.

Where can I pay with Cofidis Pay?

Cofidis Pay is a payment solution available at a certain number of merchants of goods, products and services, which facilitates the payment of purchases, splitting it. See all Cofidis Pay partners on the Partners page. The Cofidis Pay solution is free. By subscribing to it, the Customer does not pay interest or any other charges (including taxes and/or commissions), except in situations of non-compliance with the payment of installments within the agreed period.

What documentation is needed to buy with Cofidis Pay?

The necessary documents are the citizen card and a bank card (debit/credit) with strong authentication activated, through which the installments will be paid.

Can I have more than one Cofidis Pay operation?

The Customer can carry out various Cofidis Pay operations within the limits of acceptance and within the commercial and risk policy of Cofidis.

Is is possible to change the value of an operation I made through Cofidis Pay (for example, by exchanging an item)?

If there is a change in values in an operation financed with Cofidis Pay, the merchant must cancel the operation and carry out a new one.

How does Cofidis Pay guarantee the security of my data?

All payment information is processed securely by Cofidis Pay. Data is not transferred to or retained by the store, transactions are carried out via secure connections.
